Refund Policy

Every Altiplano item is made to order especially for you, so we handle returns a little differently than a standard store. Please read before purchasing.

Damaged, defective or wrong items If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or is not what you ordered, we'll make it right. Email us at altiplano.clothingco@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund — no need to send the item back in most cases.

Change of mind & sizing Because each piece is printed on demand, we're unable to accept change-of-mind returns or size exchanges. Please check our size guide carefully before ordering — if you're unsure, message us and we'll help you choose.

Order changes & cancellations Need to change or cancel? Contact us within 12 hours of ordering. After that, production may have already started and we can't guarantee changes.

Refunds Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
