Shipping Policy

Every Altiplano piece is made to order and printed just for you. Here's what to expect from order to doorstep.

Production time Because our items are printed on demand, please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships. This keeps our quality high and our waste low.

Delivery estimates

• Australia (metro): approx. 3–7 business days after dispatch.
• Australia (regional): approx. 5–10 business days after dispatch.
• International: approx. 10–20 business days after dispatch.

These are estimates from our print partner and carriers, not guarantees. Peak periods and remote areas may take longer.

Costs & tracking Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking so you can follow your gear across the map.

Lost or delayed parcels If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, email us at altiplano.clothingco@gmail.com with your order number and we'll help track it down. Please double-check your address at checkout — we can't be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address.
